The company uses a pre-recorded montage telephone interview for the initial phone screen. You are given a question and a few seconds to think of your answer. Once you are done answering you cannot change your answer and it moves on to the next question. I found this very impersonal and difficult to know what exactly they are looking for with the questions and how long my answers needed to be as there is no immediate feedback or follow up questions. I did not hear back from them after I recorded my answers over the phone.

Interview questions were mostly standard personal, behavioral, and situation based questions. Most interviews are done with one candidate and two interviewers. A very easy and short general accounting knowledge quiz is given at the end over basic principles and excel formulas.
