Went slow at first, hiring manager didn't use the usual Humana questions (which I'd been through before). After first round of interviews, I was offered a chance to prove my skills and given a project that took a few hours to complete. Second interview was showing off said project. The project was dealing with Microsoft Access to show off technical skills. Received a job offer a week later.
