This was a horrible, horrible process that lasted for 2.5 months. Everything is extremely slow moving which i understand. The kicker was when i was declined the job two weeks ago, for lack of healthcare experience, and then this morning was sent an offer letter. I was stunned. Maybe an initial phone call would have been a good first move? They gave me some ridiculous excuse and claimed they got “mixed up” with several positions. And THEN, they weren’t even willing to negotiate salary! This company is extremely unorganized.
