They complete the first interview with the Human Resources Manager and if you do well the second interview is with your direct supervisor. The interview is done with webcam so make sure that your equipment is working properly. They do not give you much time to prepare for the second interview or the first one.

It was a short text message Q & A that didnt get a response back. I think they should follow up and say ‘thank you’ for taking the time, but we decided to go with someone else.
Very typical interview. The company seemed interested in asking direct, purposeful questions. It is not clear what the next steps are, but that seems somewhat typical when hiring decisions are being made.

I received an invitation to complete a Montage voice interview screening about 3 wks after applying. The recruiter then contacted me for a 30min interview. It went well and she told me that the hiring managers would call me to set an interview. They called a week and half later. I interviewed with two managers. I was called for a second interview 1 week later then offered the position the next day. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Very organized.
