I applied on Humana's website for an open 100% online position. Was contacted about a week later to answer some basic questions by text (or you can do it online). Pretty much asking for salary requirements, experience on certain items, and why you would be a great fit. Contacted by their recruiting team a couple days later that hiring manager wanted to interview. Did panel interview on Zoom with hiring manager and 6 other people for about 30 minutes. Interview went great and was told I would hear back the following week. Offered the position early that next week.
