Unorganized but pretty simple as far as the questions. Pretty much just asked prior experience and skills. All done over phone/Skype. They weren't completely clear about the job, duties, and training, which changed several times during the process.

The process included the Montage interviewing system, with two of the immediate supervisors for position. They were both extremely friendly and professional. The questions were situational and followed the format of problem, intervention, and outcome. They have additional candidates to interview, so there was no offer provided.

The interview was virtual and of average difficulty. The interviewer was not forthcoming about what job actually turned out to be. The emphasis of metrics over members was downplayed susbstantially.

The process started out with a 5-10 minute automated interview where each question had a preset time limit. In the weeks that followed, I had a formal phone screening with an HR recruiter, a 1 hour video conference with a panel of 3 different leaders from the team. Lastly, a written sample was required. Once an offer was made and accepted, a background check and drug screening was required.
