Sent in an application. A week later, I was texted that I "may be a good fit" due to my background and was asked to do a text interview, where they basically texted me all the same questions that were on the application I turned in. I was then invited to do an online interview, where once again they asked the same questions for a third time, only this time I was asked to record a video introduction as well. Was then swiftly rejected. Not sure why they wasted my time with two rounds of "interviews" asking the same questions, and in none of those did I speak with an actual person. I found it disrespectful and I will not be applying again.
