It was a refreshing quick process. While it was still 3 rounds, the whole process moved quickly and efficiently. From the time of the first interview to the accepting the offer was about 2 weeks. the first round was a basic technical round, that focused more on my previous experience. The second rounds was with the team manager and focused on company culture, team fit and getting to know a little about each other. the final round was a little more intense just because it was with multiple members of the team I would be working with.
