Phone Interview - went well. Had a couple personal interviews - they needed more time to answer questions. Came back to negotiate salary and benefits, and review compensation. Also met with the CEO and ask questions about organization. Also had a tour of the facility. Had a phone call for more clarity on compensation and trying to negotiate benefits before accepting.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
