First phone interview with manager, second phone interview with group ( group that I would be working with), third interview face to face with group and manager. I was flown to Louisville(paid by Humana) to meet with group. It turns out the manager had only been with company for a month, and the group and manger asked me questions off the top of their heads. There was no prepared questions and no one wrote down any answers. Interview lasted 2 hours. I later met with the managers manager. She was not organized either. Office was mess. It turns out they are 5 years behind in claims technology from where I used to work. I left not really knowing what I would be doing. I could not get a clear answer on what my job duties would be. It turns out they have posted this position for a while, they keep re-posting it. I have not yet received a "dear john letter" yet. I feel like I may be on their back burner until they can find someone better. I am supposed to get reimbursed for my food expenses, which I am still waiting on a check- been 2 months now.
