Initial interview was by phone, talking to a machine recording and answering recorded questions. Very easy to answer questions 2nd interview was by video conference with my manager. They sent a link to sign onto and then used the phone for audio portion. Very easy as well.

If we were to change your role, how easily can you adapt to change.
First round was a text interview. I quickly interviewed with the hiring manager next, which isn’t normal from what I’ve heard. Usually the second step would be to interview with the recruiter.

Tell me about yourself. Give an example of a time you had to make a decision that didn’t have a policy or procedure already in place.
It was a very laidback zoom interview. Go with the flow, not asking for scenario after scenario. was understanding with the minimal experience and lots of explanation of the different positions available and was able to interview for them all at once which was nice.
