Initial interview is a phone call with the recruiter, followed up by a face to face interview. The in person interview is conducted by a panel with situational based questions. After the in person interview a second in person interview is required, this is also a panel.

Describe a situation that was difficult yet you accomplished a task, and how?
Seamless, very well organized process. Meet with team leaders then all onboarding handled by Human Resources. Welcomed with open arms upon starting and paired with a colleague for mentoring. Regular check ins with colleagues and manager.
