Humana’s recruiters are pathetic. They often do nothing in the hiring process. No screening, no feedback, no overview of the position. They seem to function as nothing more than hiring manager interview coordinators. I guarantee you that you will get ghosted by them if the hiring manager does not want to proceed with you after an interview. The recruiter does not even bother to tell you that they have decided to proceed with other candidates. I finally went in and was able to delete my application that said interview in progress for the past 6 months. That is just plain negligence.
