The process begins with the recruiter. Once you pass the screening the next step involves interviewing with the hiring manager. If you get past the hiring manager you will be asked to interview with several peers and/or other leaders within the department. Everyone weighs in with his or her opinion and a decision is made. If you are selected the hiring manager will contact you with an offer and you will work directly with the recruiter to negotiate salary and benefits.
Screen interview was simple USE STAR method when approaching your experience. This allows them to see ur consultant background. I am still in the process if interviewing so would gladly update the org on my progress moving forward.
Initially I was reached out to via a text interview with simple questions to answer via text messages. All questions were simply one sentence questions. I was asked 4-5 questions and was not given a time frame or expiration time to answer the questions within.

Are you Interested and available to work on call and off hours when needed?
Standard interview process. Applied online, and a few weeks to offer. No room for negotiation but pay was slightly less than market average. I accepted for the opportunity, and benefits that helped to offset pay.
