Rather lengthy interview process. You begin with an automated HR interview followed by another phone interview. Then, if you make it into the pool you might sit with either an HR rep or the manager of the department. The entire process can take up to 2-3 months. Don't expect a rapid process.

Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
