The first interview was a short screening style interview. This was a pleasant and simple conversation. This was followed by three more interviews about 2 weeks later with different members of staff. The first two interviews were good and informational regarding team dynamics and goals they have for a new employee. Interviewers were respectful and friendly. I was also asked about prior experiences and how this would mesh into their organization. However, the last interview with a final team member was EXTREMELY difficult. I was completely caught off guard by the content based questions that seemed baseless and unnecessary. I would have much rather preferred a knowledge test that required even a few hours of prior preparation or an assessment they would have liked me to take. But these questions felt random and like something that could've been solved with a google search. Following the interviews I was given absolutely no feedback or results regarding my interview. Even after reaching out, radio silence. It was a very disappointing experience to put in so much time only to be completely ghosted. I was hoping for more professionalism from such a large organization.

First was an online assessment where I had to write about my experiences and basically stuff from my resume.
Second was with the hiring manager who asked me a few behavioural questions like my strengths and weaknesses, and then some economics concepts, and my experience with data analysis tools. Everything went well but they never called back.
Received an email to complete online screening. Then recruiter reached out to set up an interview with a “peer”. Then interviewed with the hiring manager. There were 3 rounds in total.

First round is AI screen. Then second round is with a director. My interview experience was disappointing and unprofessional. The interviewer failed to introduce herself or provide any overview of the position before launching into questions, which immediately made me uncomfortable. She didn't ask me to introduce myself as well. Many of the questions seemed unrelated to my background and experience as outlined in my resume, and several felt irrelevant to the role entirely.
The lack of structure and professionalism from someone in a director-level position has raised concerns about the company's hiring standards and internal practices. This experience has left me questioning how leadership roles are filled within the organization and whether this reflects the company's overall approach to talent management. The interview asked a lot of questions that can be googled (as long as you google you will know the answer).
