Behavioral questions, pretty easy if you know how to fake it.
Standard AU drug test, customer service jobs pay at 16.00 an hour.
Waited with 4 other people interviewing at the same time, just in different rooms and panels.
They walked us in a long train through human until we reached the interview rooms.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
