I have applied for multiple positions at this company and was excited that my resume was good enough to be contacted for a phone interview just days after applying. The phone interview was a "screening" with HR, with fairly informal and simple questions as opposed to specific questions about the job itself. I thought it went very well and was feeling great. I was told the next step would be a Teams interview with my potential supervisor. However, I was never contacted again. I emailed the HR person two weeks and again two months later for a status update with no response. Meanwhile, the job was still posted on the website and I had no idea what was going on internally. I finally accepted the fact that I had been ghosted, like it seems many others have, after the job posting disappeared. The interview itself was great, it's just the ghosting that makes my overall rating negative.

Prepare to be ghosted. It took 2 months from applying, screening, panel interview to final interview. HR never contacted me 2+ weeks after the final interview, I had to call THEM to check my status. This is how you lose enthusiastic qualified candidates, do better HSUS. I feel like my time was wasted and I was disrespected.
