sent the application, interview with HR via phone (also with the Attitude test )and lastöy with the Senior Manager via Teams. I think it took around 30-40 mins. The questions are included the basic info introduction, the reason why you wanna join the company, yr experience, etc.

I applied through the website, then there was a pre-screening by phone. If I passed, I was scheduled for an interview at the company. During the interview, I had to take a simple math test. After the interview, I was contacted by phone with an offer of employment.
It probably varies from recruiter to recruiter but for me there was a brief phone call with generic question and then finally interview with your to-be supervisor. The company has a high turnover rate so if you got an interview it's already decided that you're going to get an offer. Decide for yourself there.
