I applied online and was contacted by HR for an initial screening call. The HR representative was friendly and professional. She started by asking me to give a 5 min overview about myself. She talked about the company and what they’re looking for in candidates.

Can you tell me about a time you received constructive criticism? How did you respond, and what did you learn from it?
Had a Screening round and then a hiring manager round. They told they would get back with the next steps, but never got back, tried emailing them couple of times, they just ghosted.
