I was referred to HN through a connection from a non-profit. I went to lunch with the Controller which was nice for the laid-back nature of the meeting and also getting to know more about the company and the position before the formal interview. I then met with 5 Partners and was made the offer shortly after completing a Values Assessment and Reference Checks.
