Phone and second round interview. Everything was normal - mostly standard questions. Then after second interview, I never heard from them again. I emailed them a few times for updates and never received a response. I wouldn’t want to work for a company that treats people like that.

Phone interview. I would say that there is an urgent need for an HR manager, it was poorly managed. This interview wasn't structured, didn't even have the time to present myself and what I have done. It was basically a Behavioral type of interview
