Prior to an interview, they require an internal application and lengthy personality / skills assessments. It was indicated the length of time would take approximately 15 minutes for the assessment; however, the link requires you to complete three sections prior to submitting. One assessment containing over 120 questions and another just under 70.

First conversation to offer took about 8 days.
Initial conversation started through Linkedin cold contact with their People Operations Manager. We hopped on a zoom call immediately after I messaged back and went over general job details. Took a wonderlic test and was moved to the next round. I spoke with another member of HR and she was very pleasant. Spoke with both Founders separately. Total of 4 zoom interview rounds on camera. They had a decision/offer out to me shortly after my final interview and answered all additional questions.
I felt as though my salary expectations were well advocated for, all emails/messages were answered promptly and conversations were very "human" and personal.
Overall, very enjoyable interview process and I accepted my offer based on this.
