They're looking for a TW every 3 to 6 mons. So, I was dubious that either the manager was a problem, or someone didn't play well with others. All three men in the dept are over 70. One or two banana peels away from a major disaster. They need new blood. Too bad corp. doesn't see that. Stay away until they re-org!!!
