This was an online video interview where it will ask you 6 questions and you answer while being recorded. You can watch and re-do each question one time. It is a bit nerve wrecking because you are staring at yourself while you talk but overall it wasn't that bad.

The interviewers were really down to earth and make me feel comfortable in a friendly environment. It didn’t feel like an interview; it was more like a conversation. It was a great atmosphere!
Was prompted to complete an online survey consisting of a personality assessment and logic component. Upon completion was given 48 hours to complete an online interview, which consisted of 3 questions where you had 2 opportunities to give recorded responses.

The first step was a video interview where you record yourself answering 3 questions, the tool was very easy to use. After I had a few interviews in different branches, and my last one was over the phone because of the COVID, everyone went very smoothly and professionally. They explained the role and the branch activities, how they expect me to work and the next step of the process.
