The whole process was very long and drawn out - HBAN is not known for its sense of urgency. HR was more or less useless during the whole process - it was like they didn't have a clue. The actual interview was very casual, which was nice, but will give you unrealistic expectations when you apply to your next firm.

There were no difficult questions - the HR standard questions were easy
Standard interview. Phone interview with recruiter followed by several rounds with the hiring manager and potential peers. Typical questions asked. All done remotely. No in person interview which was nice for scheduling.

Phone interview with Human Resources, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. The first interview was with hiring manager and the second was with the head of the department. Great experience working with HR and knowing where I was at in the process

Interview process was fast and efficient. It did not take much time for them to make a decision and the turn around time was very fast. It was about the only good thing that is going for them
