I started by applying online and then walked into the branch to speak with a manager. Typically the manager doesn't initially choose who is hired. Human resources picks out individuals and then has the manager interview them. The manager then sends a report back to tell them how the interview goes. I lucked out and happened to meet the interviewer and skipped that who process.

Short and to the point. Immediate job offer due to them being short staffed. Started the same day and they offered me $25 per hour to be a bank teller with full benefits.

The interview process was sweet and simple. They asked all sorts of questions but kept it causal. Gave a tour of The whole bank and introduced me to the other co workers

Received an email asking for an online interview. I had 72 hours to complete the interview recorded online and submit it for consideration. It was completely recorded and allowed a chance to practice answering and listening before it was submitted. More high-tech than just skype or something.
