I was contacted by a recruiter who let me know I did not qualify for the position I applied for but wanted to get to know me and my experience better so that way she can fit me for a more qualified position. She told me I would fit a personal banker position well but she did not have any open as of yet, therefore I was not offered any job at the time.

I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
