I met with a group of team leads and other administrative staff where they asked me a number of competency based questions. It was pretty intense and they somewhat grilled me for relevant/applicable experience due to the somewhat stressful nature of the role.

It was good. The interviewers were kind. They were thorough in the expectations for the role, the salary, and when I'd hear back. I haven't heard back from them yet, so I put "No" for the offer for now.
