The interview process with Huntsman was an awesome learning experience. Almost had 4 rounds of interview where all the expectation were made clear & HR as well as leadership team ensured that candidate understood the structure and nature of job requirement at their end. It was extremely organized process. Candidate questions were answered giving utmost importance & process was made enjoyable & learning one which made quite easy for candidate to express themselves and show up their caliber. The interview process was divided in four rounds Round 1 HR Round (Virtual Interview) Well organized and well informed. Got to know about the company & job description. Also clear details on further rounds were clearly explained. Round 2 & 3 Technical Round (Virtual Interview & In person) Interview panel was very helpful and went on with the questions very casually but ensured that the complete requirements of the role were covered. Round 4 Management Round (In Person) Tough round where one's pressure handling capabilities are gauged. Overall it was a learning experience also feedback of interview session were provided which is important aspects of hiring process.
