The company interveiw process was informative and fair. All of the people who conducted my interviews were friendly and very open about the positive and negative aspects of the company.
The first round was a basic behavioral interview with the basic questions about leadership and challenges. The second round had another behavioral interview, but also included a case interview. The case interview was not the typical format that you might prepare for if you were using a book like Case in Point. This is not to say that if you prepare by a book like CIP you won't be prepared.

Campus recruiting; Recruiter interviewer and one super day that consisted of 3 separate interviews, one of which included a case (healthcare specific). The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.

3 rounds. Telephone screen with HR, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round is case based, 2nd round has a case and then behavioural questions with separate interviewers. Cases are 30 minutes and relatively easy if you've done your prep.
