I was able to contact a recruiter through a professional networking site. We emailed back and forth, she asked my availability to speak on the phone with me (wanted to know a little more about me). Received an email 3 or so hrs later asking to schedule an interview for the following day. We scheduled the interview everything was going well. At the end of the interview she stated she needed my transcripts. Well having just graduated with my MHA degree I emailed her my unofficial grad school transcript well it met the 3.0 GPA; however, they wanted my undergraduate GPA as well. So I was able to find a copy of my undergraduate transcript email the information to the recruiter. Now mind you I made it to the 2nd round of interviews. I was recommended to con't by the 1st recruiter I spoke too. Well 30 mins prior to my 2nd interview I received a phone call stating they would not cont with me b/c I did not have a 3.0 in undergrad even though I had it in graduate school. They stated I needed to show how I would work with senior level management that I could still apply for a position at a later date. So clearly what you do in undergrad is more important than the GPA in graduate school.

Campus recruiting; Recruiter interviewer and one super day that consisted of 3 separate interviews, one of which included a case (healthcare specific). The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.

3 rounds. Telephone screen with HR, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round is case based, 2nd round has a case and then behavioural questions with separate interviewers. Cases are 30 minutes and relatively easy if you've done your prep.
