There interview process was extremely lengthily. My first interview was a phone interview with their HR recruiter. She asked me standard behavioral interview questions that made me provide real examples from my past experience.

The interview process was unnecessarily long—five rounds in total, including a case study, peer interview, critical thinking interview, and leadership interview. While the recruiter was communicative throughout the early stages, I received no feedback after the final interview—just a generic rejection email. It’s disappointing to invest that much time, especially taking multiple days off from my current job, only to be dismissed without meaningful closure. It felt like a decision that could’ve been made well before the fifth round.
