Worst interview and recruiting process I’ve experienced. Phone screen interview with a recruiter. Asked the standard: “Tell me about yourself” questions. Recruiter rescheduled the interview 3 times—all last minute. I also a received rejection email from the company a day before the scheduled (3rd rescheduled) interview.

I had an initial call with the recruiter that was very behavioral, focusing on questions like why consulting and an overview of the recruitment process. After that, I completed a case interview. The case itself was relatively straightforward, but I didn’t perform as well as I should have. I ultimately did not receive a callback for the final round, which is reportedly another behavioral interview.

Three interviews. First a case interview. Then two behavioral interviews. The process took around 2 to 3 weeks total. Very conversational. Everyone was nice. Coordinator and recruiter helped lead me through the process.
