An initial 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter, then a 1 hour case interview and a 'superday' back to back 45 minute interviews (one covering skills/experience and the other showing how you align to Huron's values). All conducted over zoom.

It was a seamless process. Very communicative and the people were great. 5 rounds: recruiter call, case study, peer, skills, critical thinking. Asked typical interview questions, use STAR method to answer. Case study was 45 min and interviewer led, pretty straighforward.
