I was first contacted by the Talent Acquisitionist. After passing the screener, I was set up with a one on one Zoom with a manager. It was a behavior interview. My 2nd interview was a peer Q&A. I was able to ask questions with three peers that if I were hired I would directly work with. My 3rd interview was with a Director, it was a critical thinking interview. All of the interviews felt great. I had good conversations with all of the ladies I interviewed with. When I was called by the recruiter she told me they went with an internal candidate. This process was long and took over a month to coordinate schedules with all of those I interviewed with.
