First Round was a recruiter call, second round was a behavioral based interview with a director, third round was the case study with a senior director, and final round was 2 separate interviews with both the Principal as well as another Senior director, one tailored to alignment with their leadership principles and the other towards their organizational values. Do your homework on the company and prepare thoroughly for all behavioral based interviews. The case interview is less difficult than others I have taken but be prepared to execute on that as well.
