Had a virtual interview with HR and the hiring manager. After that, spent the day on-site doing a few in person interviews. Got there in the morning, the hiring manager did not schedule her time appropriately and once lunch time hit, asked me to leave and come back later as she had other meetings to get to. In the afternoon, I met the rest of the team. The team itself was small, smart, and engaged. We discussed day to day tasks, culture in the team, and my level of knowledge. After I met with them I had another small talk with HR and the manager. We discussed coming back to meet the Execs. The next day I sent a follow up email thanking everyone for their time, and never heard from them again. I sent an email to HR to request an update, and still no contact from them.
