I had a primary phone interview with HR and Recruiter then I had a final phone interview with manager and several other engineers from the company including my mentor. I received an offer the next day.

My resume was forwarded to the hiring manager by an employee. Interview was straight forward. Questions were based on my resume. Questions mostly focused on Lean manufacturing principles and my first hand experience on them. Talked about my previous work experience and academic projects
