My interview was actually very enjoyable. We sat down on a couch in the front of the store which was nice, it let me observe what I would be doing working for the company.

I first applied online and then waited a couple weeks until I heard anything. Next, there was a phone interview with the store manager, and I again waited a while to hear anything back (though I did make follow up calls). After that we scheduled an in person interview. Two managers are required to interview you separately but he liked me so much that he had the other manager interview me that day. They basically told me I had the job that day but it took another few days for them to confirm it. I started working there shortly after.
