The interview process consisted of a phone interview fro a headhunter, followed by a one-on-one meeting scheduled with the hiring manager, who also is the maintenance manager. A unique scene in which I don’t believe I answered one question about myself, but basically was comprised of a very thourough walk through of the Facility, talking about job responsibilities and intricacies.
