Competition plan- after I told them my current competition plan which is very average. He was talking about his ROI as it would take 15 months to get break even if he pays as that. I don't think that is the way to hire people.
Hutchison Global is a great company, no doubt. But they are new to the US market. Growing pain happens to every company.
