Horrible experience! HR and management are not in alignment. I was referred into this role by 2 current reputable employees. I interviewed for 3 different delivery lead positions and later found out my salary requirements were too high for these positions even though they kept putting me in for more interviews for this role. Said I would be an excellent fit for the organization. So they recommended that I interview for a project manager position since that might be in closer alignment. I found out through a recruiter that was recruiting for the same project manager position that their sweet spot was about $60k under my current annual compensation. So again, went through another interview for my 4th position. Also, Due to the fast growth there is a substantial amount of promoting from within, which I found resulted in some of the management being young, not researching all of their facts, and unpolished. Position was looking for: Someone that could help manage opening up 40+ new stores. My experience discussed during the interview process was that I have managed new location implementations and running a project from planning to closure that implemented new technology in 150+ offices, this was $12 million dollar budget; I closed the project within the planned budget and the planned timeline. Reasons given for no offer: We are looking for someone that has more experience in direct management and ownership of large-scale initiatives.
