Applied, got a call not long after I applied to come in for an interview. Went to interview dressed professionally. I had family that worked at the place, so I had great references. The store director knew my family and knew of me. We basically just talked about what I wanted in the future and how long I saw myself at this location. He asked what good things and bad things I had heard of the store. He then shaked my hand and hired me.
