I applied online and they called me to set up an appointment to come into the store for an interview. Then once the interview was concluded, i was sent on my way. Is about a week later till i got a call back for the offer.

Very simple, easy going and casual. Will ask a few easy questions about your personality and work history to see if you will fit the role that you applied for.

Applied for a different position initially, after HR asked me my interview questions he asked if I was okay with working in the Meat Department. Didn't seem like I had much of a choice if I wanted to or not, and it seemed like he already had his mind set I was going to be working back there anyways.
