The interview was extremely short and simple. I was asked what I would do in response to a few scenarios, how much customer experience I had and if I had reliable transportation. Looking back, it should have been a huge red flag that they did not ask more questions.

In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Walked in and picked up a paper copy of the application, and got an interview as soon as I turned it in. They have a drug screening immediately after the interview.
