Quick, friendly, straight forward. Told me about the bar area , what to expect, what they're looking for, and about myself and my work experience. I would say half the questioning of it was personality based and half experience based.

Management is nice and straightforward. Honestly it was about 4-5 questions mostly going over job description and hours. That was a little while ago. Might be a different manager now.
