Very informal meeting with f and b supervisor offer 3 days later and there was a background check. Asked mostly about availability. This was at a hyatt house. Usually you will interview with supervisor then General manager

Very easy and smooth - interviewer only asked two basic questions and spent the rest of the time talking about the position.
Overall the interview lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer made it seem as if I was already offered the position. Got a call a few days later saying I got the job.
