Colloquio
I had a One on One with the HR rep over the phone. Then I came into their facility in person for the final round of interviews. Brief tour of the facility and shown the benefits. Quick communication and all completed within two weeks.

I applied for the position online and was contacted by email by an HR representative about three weeks later wanting to set up a phone interview. We schedule a time for the next week. It consisted of her providing background about the company and standard interview questions. She said they wanted to fill the position within about a month. The interview seemed to go well, with her asking about my availability for an on-site interview with executives within the next week. I gave options and sent a thank-you email. A week passed, and I didn't hear anything, so I followed up with the HR person and heard nothing in response. As of this review, more than a month a half have passed since the interview, which according to her schedule, is enough time for the successful candidate to have been chosen and given notice at his or her previous employer. I still have heard nothing from Hydro Systems--not a response to my email or even a standard response or turn down. This is bad form and has left me with a negative impression of the company. My time would have been better spent reviewing other employment options.

None whatsoever. They'll just about hire anyone as their turnover rate is ridiculously high. If you have a pulse, you're hired. If you can read, you're hired. If you can breathe, you're hired. Did I mention that this was a technical position for advanced blueprints and mechanics?
