I was reached out by a recruiter from Hylaine on LinkedIn saying that I would be a great fit for the organization. We setup a phone interview to discuss the role and my skill set. It was recommended that I talk to the VP of Delivery Services a week later. That conversation went well, and was recommended to do a panel interview. During the whole process HR was sending me information on benefits and very responsive to any questions that I had. After the panel interview I was called immediately back saying that they would let me know by the end of the week on any potential next steps. NOT ONLY DID I NOT HEAR BACK, but now no one is returning calls or emails confirming what the status of my application is. If they treat potential employees this way then I guarantee that clients are treated just as badly. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THESE PEOPLE.

Not a great experience as they are not transparent in their hiring or open roles. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a conversation and moved me into the interview process. I went through their full round of interviews which were pretty standard and even had a take home assignment to present a kickoff deck to a panel of "stakeholders". I received great feedback to be told that they don't have open positions for my skills set and don't hire for the bench. Please don't reach out to people under the guise of hiring if you have no intention to do so.
